Alexis received her Bachelor's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Houston and her Master's Degree from Southern University and A&M College. She has experience in home health, school settings, and private practice and is licensed in the state of Texas and a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).

Alexis has special interests in pediatric feeding disorders, orofacial myofunctional therapy, early childhood language development, autism spectrum disorders, and adult speech therapy. She is passionate about providing individualized, evidence-based care that empowers clients and their families to achieve meaningful communication outcome

Beyond work, Alexis enjoys traveling, outdoor adventures, trying new restaurants, and spending quality time with her family.
