Alejandra De Leon, MS, CF-SLP

Alejandra De Leon joined The Speech and Learning Center in January 2022. She received her Master of Science in Communication Science and Disorders from Universidad Especializada de las Americas in 2021. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Communication Science and Disorders from Texas A&M-Kingsville in 2013 and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from the University of Texas Pan-American in 2011. She is licensed through the State of Texas and is working towards her certification by the American-Speech-Language-Hearing-Association. As a Spanish-speaking therapist, she is excited and passionate about extending services to bilingual families at The Speech and Learning Center. Alejandra is passionate about empowering families and helping children attain confidence and self-esteem while reaching their maximum potential. She has experience working in private practice, teletherapy and home health settings. Alejandra's special areas of interest include: hearing loss, stuttering and fluency disorders, language delays, articulation and autism.
